Refund Policy

One time projects
Projects are billed in milestones. If we have not started work, any advance payment is refunded in full. Work already delivered and approved is not refundable.
Monthly services
Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days notice. The current month is not refundable once work has started.
Ad spend and third party costs
Money paid directly to Google, Meta, TikTok or other platforms, and third party tools or licences bought for you, can not be refunded by us.
How to request a refund
Email contact@heksyn.com with your order number and reason. We reply within three business days.
